Returns

At Gro Sauce, we put incredible care into crafting our botanical formulas, and we want you to love your healthy hair journey. Because our products are personal care items, we have strict hygiene standards to protect all of our customers.

1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any bottles of Gro Sauce that have been opened or used.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer care team at browns88232@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
